Booking Policy for Tours

    Booking Policy

  - We provide tours to our customers for agreed price and our customer receives the purchased services within the previously  agreed dates.

  - We communicate with the customer through email or phone regarding the details of the tour.

  - We take up to 20% of the total cost of the tour as an advance payment to book our service.

  - The remaining amount (80%) can be paid in cash after arrival.

  

    Payment Method

  We take following methods of payment:

  - Online payment by Card

  - Bank Wire Transfer

  - Western Union Transaction

 Customer chooses the method that is convenient for them and makes payment within 48 hours after receiving the invoice for advance payment.

 We send confirmation email after receiving an advance payment, with all tour details included.

    Cancellation Policy

  - One time rescheduling is free of charge.

  - The payment made in advance is non refundable if customer cancels the booked tour for some reasons not depending on us.

  - The payment made in advance is fully refundable if the booked tour is canceled from our side.

  - Money will be refunded within 48 hours after requesting cancellation of the service.

    Confidentiality Policy

   We take responsibility to protect our customer's confidentiality and personal information that is provided by them. We will         not use customer's personal data improperly.

   Customer's personal data is protected by Low of Georgia on Personal Data Protection.

Booking policy for transfers

    Booking Policy

  - Customer is able to choose and book transfer service without registration on the site.

  - We take full payment in advance and become obligated to provide quality service.

  

    Payment Method

  - Customer is able to make online payment using credit or debit card.

    Cancellation Policy

  - Customer is able to reschedule the transfer at any time free of charge.

  - 70% of the payment will be refunded if canceled 12 hours before starting the service.

  - The payment made in advance is non refundable if customer cancels the service in less then 12 hours before beginning of the service.

  - Money will be refunded within 48 hours after requesting cancellation of the service.

 

     Confidentiality Policy

    We take responsibility to protect customer's confidentiality and personal information that is provided to us.  We will not use customer's          personal data improperly.
